We have developed our own "Best Practice Forms"

which will give you an overview treatment plan and diagnosis with costs so allowing you decide on what course of action you would like to pursue. Dentistry is very personal in its nature and after this examination you are able to assess our dentist's to see whether you are happy with the practioner allocated to you. If you are unsure and wish to try another practioner for any reason our front office staff are more than willing to provide you with alternative dentist's or give you a free discussion appointment with one of our professional staff to clarify areas you are unsure of

Because we are a team concerned about delivering you the highest quality care if we believe that another practioner is better suited to deal with your particular dental problems we will be more than happy to refer you with your consent within our team. A full explanation would be provided.
