Cancellation Policy:

We realize everyone’s time is important and it is important to us as well. We have a waiting list of clients who would like to be seen and it is important we deliver the best service for you and our clients. 24 hours’ notice enables us to arrange with our clients’ time that can fill the gap that you may have created by being courteous and letting us know 24 hours before, that you are not able to attend.

- 24 hours’ notice is required in order to cancel an appointment

-If 24 hours’ notice is not given then a $50.00 fee will apply to the appointment

-If more than one cancellation is made in succession then you may be required to make full payment for that appointment before it is made. If the appointment is not kept then that full fee will be charged for the appointment

-Free consults are only given on a one-time basis.

-Free consults if missed on the day will mean that the next consultation appointment required will incur a $50.00 prepayment fee

You will find our general terms of trade on our new patient questionnaire that you will fill in when you register at your first appointment with us. Should you require a copy of that then, it will be provided at the time of your initial appointment
