Neeti laid the foundation of her career at Otago University, graduating in 2013 with a BSc in Human Nutrition. Building on this knowledge, she furthered her education with a BDS in 2019. Neeti’s dual expertise in nutrition and dentistry uniquely positions her to provide comprehensive care for oral health and overall well-being.

After graduating, Neeti dedicated valuable years to working in Waikato, honing her skills and gaining practical experience. Drawn by a memorable senior placement, she eventually moved to Wellington. The city’s impact on her during that time was reflected in Neeti’s commitment to delivering exceptional dental care and fostering lasting patient relationships.

She is dedicated to providing patient-centered care, striving to treat others how she would like to be treated. Her approach reflects empathy, respect, and commitment to ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued throughout their dental experience.

Neeti is a member of the New Zealand Association and finds fulfillment in all aspects of general dentistry. Neeti’s special interest in enhancing smiles allows her to bring an aesthetic touch to her practice.

Beyond dentistry, Neeti unwinds by playing guitar, traveling, and trying diverse cuisines with her friends.

Wellington Sedation Limited

Dr Sally Woods is a medical doctor (GP with an acute care background) with more than 20 years experience.  Sally specialises in dental sedation and is the director of Wellington Sedation Ltd, a fully independent mobile advanced sedation service. She has been providing intravenous(IV) sedation for dental practices predominantly in the Hutt Valley since 2012. Sally is the only mobile provider of IV dental sedation in the Wellington Region and carefully chooses which practices she works alongside. She is registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ), is a fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (FRNZCGP) and is an active member of the New Zealand Society for Anaesthesia and Sedation Dentistry (NZSSD).

Sally’s passion is putting people at ease and supporting them to access dental care within the familiarity of their own dental practice. Utilising advanced techniques and technology, Sally provides individually tailored sedation plans, enhancing your treatment experience.  The old days of being given a single pill and waiting are over.

IV sedation can make otherwise daunting treatments more pleasant.  It is a great enabler for procedures that are lengthy, invasive and for individuals with strong gag reflexes or anxiety. Due to the properties of the medication, you will feel relaxed, have minimal recall, and time will pass quickly.

You can rest assured, if you require sedation, then Sally will be available at set-aside times to ensure that you are well looked after while we attend to your dental needs.

Esther is passionate about providing high-quality dental care in a way that feels supportive, reassuring, and positive for her patients. She values building genuine relationships and believes that a good dental experience can make a lasting difference to a person’s confidence and wellbeing.

Her approach is centred on listening carefully, understanding each patient’s needs, and delivering treatment with care and attention to detail.

Outside dentistry, Esther enjoys exploring new recipes, making music, and spending time with family and friends.

Minh enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is especially focused on creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient she sees. She believes patients should feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout their treatment.

Her approach combines empathy, clear communication, and a warm chairside manner to help patients feel more at ease.

Outside dentistry, Minh enjoys life in New Zealand with her family and brings an energetic, positive presence to the team.

Sameer supports the ongoing growth and digital development of Supreme Dental Concepts, with a focus on systems, technology, and business improvement. His work helps strengthen the way the practice operates behind the scenes, supporting both patient experience and team efficiency.

With a background in management and information systems, he brings a practical and forward-looking approach to business development and IT within the clinic.

Outside work, Sameer has a strong interest in music and is a qualified classical guitarist.

Donna plays an important role in supporting the financial and administrative foundations of the practice. Her work in finance and human resources helps ensure the clinic runs smoothly for both patients and team members.

She brings organisation, reliability, and a strong behind-the-scenes presence to the daily operation of Supreme Dental Concepts.

Carrie has been working in dentistry since 2014 and joined Supreme Dental Concepts in 2018. As Practice Manager, she oversees the day-to-day running of the clinic, helping to ensure patients receive a smooth, well-coordinated experience from the moment they arrive.

She works closely with the clinical and administrative teams to keep the practice organised, efficient, and welcoming. Her calm approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for patients make her a valued part of the team.

Carrie speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, yoga, travelling, and exploring the local neighbourhood on her lunch breaks.

Kelly helps create a warm and organised experience for patients at the front desk. As one of the first people patients meet, she plays an important role in helping visits run smoothly and making people feel welcomed and supported.

Her role includes assisting with appointments, patient communication, and the day-to-day flow of the practice.

Beth brings extensive clinical experience to the team, with a background in theatre nursing and many years in dentistry. Since joining the dental field in 2010, she has developed a strong reputation for excellence in dental assisting, training, and clinical organisation.

She has played an important role in implementing high sterilisation standards and supporting the development of other team members, making her a valued and experienced part of the practice.

Carlene supports patients and families through their Myobrace journey, helping to keep treatment organised, clear, and well coordinated. She plays an important role in communication, follow-up, and patient support throughout the process.

Her focus is on helping families feel informed, comfortable, and confident as treatment progresses.

Hadleigh supports the practice in social media and Digital Smile Design, helping communicate the clinic’s work in a clear, engaging, and visually thoughtful way. This role supports both patient education and the presentation of the practice’s aesthetic and digital services.

Hadleigh contributes to how the clinic connects with patients online and showcases its approach to modern dentistry.

Kayla works alongside the clinical team to support patient care and assist with the smooth running of appointments. She helps create a welcoming environment and supports patients throughout their visit.

Her role is centred on practical support, teamwork, and helping patients feel at ease.

Palak provides chairside and clinical support to help appointments run efficiently and comfortably for patients. She is part of the wider team that helps maintain a high standard of care throughout the practice.

Her role focuses on preparation, support, and helping patients feel looked after during treatment.

Stella helps patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they contact or visit the clinic. In her front office role, she assists with bookings, communication, and the smooth day-to-day flow of the practice.

She contributes to a friendly and organized patient experience at the Lower Hutt clinic.
